A personal development programme covering ‘University’ from Year 7 to Year 11 and beyond. This bundle contains lesson powerpoints and activities aimed for use during tutor time or personal development time. This has been created as a ‘long term’ programme, with the intention being that every year builds upon the knowledge from the previous year, providing students with a holistic understanding by the time they leave school.

A scheme of work to encourage students to go beyond their studies and broaden their horizons. This could be used with any age group, but it is probably most applicable to Year 11 or Year 12. Topics covered: Personal development plan Prospectus dissection Widening participation MOOC The News Ted Talk Ends with an ‘after’ survey - intended to be used as a comparison of students’ attitudes over time. (The baseline survey should be completed in Year 7)
